1. No Return Policy

At Ginniash Fashion, we take pride in offering unique and carefully crafted jewelry and accessories. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Please read the following guidelines:

  • Final Sale: All items, including our anti-tarnish jewelry and accessories, are considered final sale. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Size and Fit: We encourage you to carefully review our product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order. If you have any questions about the size or fit, feel free to contact us for advice. We do not accept returns based on size or fit issues.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing an order, we will only accept cancellations (as per section 2 below), but not returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at ginniashfashion@gmail.com, and we will process the cancellation.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchange Policy

At Ginniash Fashion, we want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it. Here’s how our exchange policy works:
